- SUBSCRIPTION TYPES:

(i) monthly recurring subscription for full membership access. Cost: ZAR 149 per month. Note that additional charges may apply for private shows/chats with the live webcam performers.

(ii) 2 day trial membership. Cost ZAR 29 granting access to members section with the following restrictions:
- no access to pictures, downloadable videos and streaming videos to the last 10 shoots.
- no access to live webcam girls with chat.

- TRIAL MEMBERSHIP: Trial subscriptions revert to a normal montly subscription at a cost of R 149 per month. A trial membership may be cancelled by the member via the CapeHorny website in which case no automatic renewal will occur.

-SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL: Subscribers may renew their subscription at any time to become a member. Payment is authorised upon renewal.

- SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS: Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time using the subscription menus. After cancellation, membership will continue until the end of the present payment period and no further payments will be taken.

Credit card details are not stored on the www.CapeHorny.com website and transactions take place on MediaEngine’s secure site.

Clients must pay the exact amount and as reference number on the deposit slip use the client’s username. Access to restricted content will only be available to subscribers once funds are cleared in the Media Engine bank account. Security policy pertaining to customer data and card details
MediaEngine shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of every user on the system and may store, notwithstanding other information, the following; name and surname, e-mail address, IP numbers, username and passwords for access to restricted content. MediaEngine stores this information and causes each user to login to the system, obtain updates from users and to communicate with users.

Security of the www.CapeHorny.com website
1. Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that MediaEngine suffers any damage or loss.
2. The user agrees and warrants that its log-in name and password shall: (i) be used for personal use only; and

www.CapeHorny.com may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Disputes
In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, and not resolved by www.CapeHorny.com, then such a dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.
